With a zillion different diets and theories floating around out there, good information can be hard to come by! We want to make it easy on you, and have invited the experts at Nutritional Wisdom to come in for a 2-part series covering everything you need to know to begin making your food choices work for your health & fitness goals.

Part I covers "Using Nutrition to Maximize Performance, Weight Loss and Vitality" on July 11, and will be followed up with "The Top 5 Food Mistakes Athletes Make" on July 25 (
