Special Tap: Martinhouse Brewing's Kafkaesque

Inspired by a few too many late night beers, Franz Kafka, and a Breaking Bad marathon, Martin House set themselves to the fool's errand of creating the most extravagant, unique beer they could imagine - and to make it taste delicious. The result is Kafkaesque, an Imperial Smoked Black Rye Oaked Raspberry IPA. It sounds like a hipster's fever dream, but we promise, it's better. Each ingredient stands out: the intense hops and raspberries come first, but the finish is smoky, oakey goodness. At 10.3%abv and 95 IBU, this might be the most complex thing you commit to all year.
