State Historic Tax Credit Workshop says
The new Texas Historic Preservation Tax Credit offers incredible potential for economic revitalization across our state. This four-hour workshop, featuring state officials and nationally-recognized experts, will show to how unlock that potential. We’ll discuss which projects qualify, who can take the credit, how the credit can be sold, and more. Speakers will discuss companion credits such as the Federal Historic Tax Credit and New Markets Tax Credit as well, and forecast their expectations for how the new program will function in the coming years. Information presented will be of interest to developers, architects, realtors, urban planners, preservation consultants, nonprofits, investment firms, and local and state leaders and officials.

Coffee and light breakfast will be provided! $10 student tickets will be available at the door.
