The TEMPO program allows artists to explore a range of themes suitable for the outdoor environment and provides the opportunity for innovative, thought-provoking artwork that impacts the way people experience their environment.

David Goujon's heard of three massive piñata burros grazing in a field in east Austin will be displayed during National Hispanic Heritage month. As a response to the piñata store, Jumpolin, that was razed to the ground, the artist created this work to express that the city’s growth must respect its past as much as it anticipates its own future.
