A Guide to Practicing Hatha Yoga at Home Part 1. - For the Morning.

The biggest request I get from my private yoga clients is to "teach me yoga sequences for the morning and night so I can do this on my own".
Let's do it!

For 3 Tuesdays in a row, please meet at Soma Vida in the Prana Studio. We will study the sequences and practice them together so when you are at home, you know how to on your own. Familiarize yourself with the core aspects of the practice; breathing patterns associated with asana (postures), bandhas (intentional muscle contractions), mudra and dristi. (positions of hands and focus of the eyes).

What time of the Day? Noon until 1:15pm

Do I have to be registered to attend? It is always best to have a spot for your mat ahead of time.
How much is it? Suggested donation of $10

Beginning with Foundations: Learn a 20 minute sequence to prepare your day with Jeana Marino, RYT. A morning practice with more structure or more form actually gives access to greater creativity and flow throughout the day. Combining classic asana with effective body awareness teaching, proper breathing, slow structure in foundation and mental focus.
