Three week series Wednesdays May 18th/25 June 1st

Yogic Living is an extension of Vedic living. The Vedas offer traditions, science and way of living that date back even further than classical Yogic Heritage. The Philosophies and Teachings of both ancient Vedic and Yogic texts are the blueprint of human excellence in the greatest sense of the word. This 3 week course aims to sculpt the seeker into living and breathing the enriching Holistic Lifestyle of indigenous knowledge. This course is based on the most authentic Vedic Lineages of Himalaya available. As seen in the syllabus the course is accumulative and one class builds to the next therefore it is to the best advantage of the seeker to attend the entire series. Beginner through advanced are welcome.n.

1st Week:
-Introduction to Vedic History
-Ujjayi Pranayama Detailed Practice
-Elements of Udgita Pranava Pranayama (Om Chanting)
-Gifts of the Sun, (Vedic understanding of the subtle "light" that is Prana.

2nd Week:
-Practice of Ujjayi and Udgeeta Pranava Pranayama.
-Higher Prana using water, the sun and the moon,
-Introduction to Vedic Diet and Lifestyle.
-Introduction to "Karma Yoga" the path of Service.

3rd Week:
-Practice of all Pranayama
-Introduction to Nada Pranayama (pranayama involving sound, Bhramari, Nada Shravana, etc.)
-Take Questionnaire and discover Ayurvedic Dosha (bodily constitution).
-Introduction and in depth discussion of "Bhakti Yoga" the Path of Devotion.
-Precipitating the "Higher" to the lower realms of existence, Leading a Divine Life

Tyagaraja has thousands of hours certified experience in Deep Yogic Heritage and hails from authentic Vedic Tradition. With all the Yogic experience, Tyagaraja still manages being an Artist, Music and Performer, a Permaculture Designer, and CEO of his conscious business “Sustainable Humane Earth.” Tyagaraja is certified and trained in multiple styles of yoga such as: Yoga Vinyasa Krama, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Children ages 5-18, Hamsa Yoga Tradition of Swamahiman Himalayan Mountain Path Yoga, Sri Mathru Devi Vishwashanthi Ashram Trust Chakra Meditation Technique, 6 Major Pranayama (breathing techniques), Iyengar Yoga—Pranayama—Meditation, Ashtanga Yoga, Kriya Mantra, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and many styles of Meditation. Tyagaraja is also personally initiated by a rare Himalayan Monk and Sanskrit Scholar in the ancient Kriya Mantra Saadhana, and is a dedicated student of Sanskritic heritage.
