On New Year’s Eve, Mahanakhon SkyWalk on the 78th floor of Thailand’s tallest building King Power Mahanakhon will be turned into the party ground of ‘Bangkok’s Highest Countdown’ at which local talents like Joey Boy and The Toys will be hosting a countdown party. Entry is B4999 each (it was B12,000 last year) and includes five drinks, free-flow tapas, and canapes. Every guest will also receive a B200 cash voucher to spend at Thai Taste Hub upmarket food center.
Two floors down, Thailand’s highest eatery Mahanakhon Bangkok SkyBar is to host a five-course dinner, featuring dishes like French Bordeaux Oscietra Caviar and Bordier Butter Poached Maine Lobster, with a glass of Champagne, priced at B5,900 per person. On the next day, the SkyBar toasts a New Year brunch buffet (11:30-16:00) loaded with unlimited seafood for B2,500 per person. You’ll need to pay a bit extra for free-flow booze, though.
