Time Out says
Named after the German boxer who knocked out the seemingly invincible Joe Louis in 1936 (Louis settled the score two years later in only 124 seconds), this 11,000-capacity indoor arena faces an uncertain future. It was built as part of Berlin's abortive bid for the 2000 Olympics, and its anchor tenants, basketball side ALBA Berlin, have moved to the O World. Its main attraction now is the up-and-coming Olympic handball club, Berliner Füchse. With practically no public parking, it's got its back to the wall against the new, bigger kid in town.
