Legal Test Kitchen (CLOSED)

The monogram stands for Legal Test Kitchen and the look is as casually edgy as the name. But while the high-tech gimmickry defining this offshoot of Boston-born restaurant chain Legal Sea Foods is a hoot (PDAs and touch screens, iPod docks and credit card portals are all part of the dining experience), the eclectic eats and cocktails are, at their best, equally entertaining. Skip the ethnic imitations (bland pho, fish tacos) in favor of a slew of fusion-inspired, flavor-filled nibbles such as fried stuffed mussels and skillet-roasted fresh cheese with chickpeas.
