And you thought Marky Mark was the biggest Wahlberg in town. Brother Paul, who first made his name with the nearby fine-dining spot Alma Nove, channeled his family’s love of comfort fare into an upscale-casual burger joint that has since become the topic of an A&E reality show. Though a Fenway branch is tipped to open in the fall, the burgers are well worth the trek to the South Shore: oversize patties with house sauce on artisan buns, best accompanied by the parsley-tossed onion rings. It should also be known that there is a full bar that serves “adult frappes” enhanced with vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur and crème de cacao.

Sure, I'm all about the fast casual food trend - so I"m definitely about Wahlburger's as a place to eat.  It's weird going here for a sit down restaurant experience, so stop in here to grab take out and then go eat it in a park instead. The burgers are great, and you'll definitely want to get the onion strings as well. The sweet potato tots are too sweet and the alcoholic drinks are just fine, so you're better off skipping those. Still - it's a super Boston experience and you can't miss that!
