Doggone Halloween Parade

An annual Downtown Crossing tradition, the Doggone Halloween Parade has to be the most adorable event that takes place in The Hub each October. Our city’s four-legged friends will file through the streets of downtown—dressed, of course, in their Halloween costumes. All friendly, well-behaved breeds are welcomed to participate with pregresistration, and prizes (i.e. a three-course dinner for two at Blu) will be awarded to the pups wearing the scariest, cutest and most adorable dog-and-owner couples’ costumes, as well as the Best in Show. If you don’t have a fur baby, fear not: You can still post up near the parade route and watch the festive floofs walk by.
