Watch river life drift by at this CBD waterfront icon while delighting in head chef Catherine Anders' Italian-influenced menu. Il Centro's signature dish is the sandcrab lasagne, while the risotto alla pescatora swims with clams and sweet-fleshed prawns. A trio of arancini rests on a pool of mushroom and truffle purée; inside, they're peppered with truffle and pull apart to show spiderweb-like strands of melted taleggio.
