The drink is made with,
50ml Bacardi Carte Blanca
20ml Sticky White Wine (Sauternes)
15ml Lime Juice
10ml White Cacao
5ml Egg Whites
2 teaspoons Caster Sugar
3 dash Peychaud's Bitters
Whisk sugar and egg whites together to create an almost meringue consistency. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled flute. Garnish with 3 Peychaud's Bitters hearts and serve.
