State Library of Queensland says
Join us as we celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and history at SLQ with a fun-filled community day for all Queenslanders as part of NAIDOC Week 2016.

Experience dance performances by eXcelsior and Jaran Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Dance Company, food and films, and yarn with community Elders.

Take part in a special 'black gloves' experience to take an intimate look at some of State Library's precious Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander collection items, or enjoy guided tours of Art of the Skins and Tradition Now.

Plus, don't miss a guest appearance by our NAO robot, JT! See him in action as he talks, moves, and entertains the crowd with his tricks.

We hope to see you there!
