African Cultural Dance Showcases says
Dance, in our culture and many other cultures plays a significant role in societal daily lives. It is a holistic and symbolic celebration; it is a form of communication, part of our identities and reflects our values and social relations.

QACC’s African Cultural Dance Classes are a platform for the African community in Queensland to showcase and share cultural dances, empower young people to accept their cultural identities and build our community’s capacity to work together.

Different African cultural dance every week (Fridays 5pm) for 8-10 weeks and all communities (African, non-African & young people showcasing all kinds of dance) are welcome to participate. Express your interest to Kelly Sibanda on 0402 796 701 or So let us come together to embrace and celebrate our cultural diversity through dance.

We will facilitate activities on youth engagement through sport, job readiness skills, and keep you informed about vocational training opportunities.

MASSIVE SHOWCASE AT END OF THE DANCE CLASSES. Depending how keen and lit you all are.
