Brisbane funk quartet, Alphabet Street, are ready to roll out the soul train to stages city-wide. Players who have been polishing their instruments and rehearsing maniacally to deliver a dynamite funk medley extravaganza.
Lauren Crick (vocalist extraordinaire) and Nathan Leonard (guitar-slinging sideman) from the Independent Music Academy have joined forces with the tough-talkin', street-walkin' rhythm section of Aitken (sticksman/daredevil) and Beith (bassman/sage).
Alphabet Street are honoured to follow the traditions of their funky forebears and bear the torch for the next generation of funksters.
