>The Proposition
Charlie Burns is presented with a proposition by British police Captain Stanley to choose between his two brothers. In town, the consequences of the Captain's proposition begin to spread far, wide, and rather bloodily. Nick Cave's screenplay astounds, and the haunting soundtrack fits perfectly with the visibly sweltering and audibly painful outback. The Proposition is a thrilling twist on the Wild West genre, dealing brutally and beautifully with loyalty, revenge, and love in a violent and unforgiving territory.

>The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Sergio Leone's unrivalled Western about an elusive cache of Confederate coins and the three reckless rawhiders who try to find it. Clint Eastwood is the itinerant gunslinger known as The Man with No Name, partnered here with Tuco (Eli Wallach), a brutal bandito who delivers lines faster than a Gatling gun. Crossing (and double-crossing) their path is Lee Van Cleef, a cold-blooded opportunist who's set his sights on the same spoils.
