The intention of this workshop is to introduce you to the physical and metaphysical benefits of inversions, and their significance in a regular yoga practice. You will be instructed on how to safely enter inversions with the proper alignment and correct technique, to insure the safety and integrity of the poses. Tanya and Lizzie, our resident Vinyasa master teachers will led you through a Vinyasa flow sequence, to warm up and prepare the body for the following arm balances: headstand, tripod headstand, forearm balance, handstand and shoulder stand.

Inversions are a fun and safe way to: Improve circulation, re-energize, relax, improve balance, develop core strength and build confidence in your practice.
