Our Physio and Clinical Pilates instructor Karen will be taking a Pilates sessions. Great for core strength and stabilising muscles. On top of this she will go through pelvic floor engaging exercises for both men and woman. If you want to lift heavy and/or get to 60 without peeing yourself, then you should come.
