Pile Tv Live Sessions At Big Sound says
Every time Pile TV shoot one of our Live Sessions, we ask musicians we love to get naked for us.

Asking them to strip down is a little awkward at first (especially when we tell them 60K people may end up watching their Session) but it sure makes for ripper videos... it’s always such a kick to see an artist take it back to where it all began, and show us the bare-bones of the awesome tracks we know and love. Remember Wafia’s emotional performance of Heartburn, accompanied only by a grand piano in a ballet studio? Asta nailing an acapella version of Allday’s rap in the Dynamite Session? Luca Brasi wailing out The Cascade Blues with big lungs and strums at an ungodly hour of the morning, or Smith St’s Wil Wagner singing into the sky in the back alley of a tattoo joint? Serious shivers down the spine, every damn time!

Pile TV will be shooting back-to-back clips of our popular Live Sessions videos on location at this year's BIGSOUND Festival, and we’d love to invite you to come and hang out behind-the-scenes with:

Japanese Wallpaper | DZ Deathrays | Yumi Zouma | Mosquito Coast | BUOY + more

See some of your fave artists perform a special arrangement of one of their tracks, and meet the Pile TV team - filmmaker Tay, sound wiz Danny K & producer Dani.

Each Session shoot is limited to 20 audience members – first in, best dressed. Shoot times TBA.
