Woolly Mammoth says
DRINK craft beer with a conscience in 2016, with knock-off schmiddies that count at Woolly Mammoth Alehouse, every single Friday in June!

Priding itself on having a strong, local community focus, Woolly Mammoth Alehouse launched a unique initiative in December 2014, known as Mammoth Stampede.

From 4pm every Friday afternoon since, Woolly Mammoth has been tapping a keg of Mammoth Lager, and selling it to customers for a price they want to pay for each glass, with all proceeds directly donated to charities.

---

The next recipient of this initiative is non-profit organisation, Sea Shepherd Brisbane, working to end the destruction of habitat and slaughter of wildlife in the world's oceans and in our own backyard in order to conserve and protect ecosystems and species.

Last month, Sea Shepherd launched Operation Jeedara, a campaign to protect the Great Australian Bight from oil drilling.

The campaign invovles sending Sea Shepherd's flagship vessel, the Steve Irwin to the Great Australian Bight in August this year. The aim is to showcase one of Australia's most beautiful natural wonders and to prevent BP's plans to drill for oil in its waters.

However, this incredible organisation relies on donations from people like YOU! So they need help in raising the necessary funds to send their iconic ship on one of its most important missions to date.

So this Friday, as well as every other Friday in June, when you are tossing up where to go for knock off drinks, remember, every Woolly Mammoth Stampede glass of beer counts towards saving one of Australia's most beautiful and diverse ecosystems!

Join us, to celebrate Sea Shepherd's "Operation Jeedara" and support their long lasting commitment to ensuring the survival of oceanic habitats and wildlife so that future generations may still enjoy them.

Now YOU can FEEL GOOD about your hangover!
