Cardigan Bar says
Western GuGuYelanji songman, Troy Brady, has been performing in various bands around the world for the past two decades.

Now, he is striking out on his own, releasing his debut recording Western Sons, a tribute to his connection to country, those Elders who have guided his way and his family.

From early beginnings with the hit group Aim for More, as a teenager, Troy has developed a stellar reputation and following.

The debut recording, Western Sons sits alongside his debut into the theatre world with his piece of the same name created as part of the Playwrites Australia Festival in conjunction with Opera Australia.

Troy is being booked across Australia, is regularly played on NITV and is sought out for his gifts as a workshop facilitator and arts practitioner mentoring youth and adults.

He has performed in Los Angeles at the Muse Expo World Music Conference, won Deadly awards and is a MusicOz Award nominee.

Other stages include at Bryon Bay Blues and Roots Festival, Woodford Folk Festival, QMusic Awards, and the National NAIDOC Awards.
