Group photo of Australian band Twerps

Australian lo-fi pop from Melbourne four-piece.

Having recently toured with the likes of The War on Drugs, Belle and Sebastian and White Fence, Twerps have a self-proclaimed 'janky pop' style that twangs and cruises through surf riffs, nods to the 80s, clanging guitars and loud, slurred vocals.

Their upcoming trip to Bristol marks a good chance to not only see the band for free, but also to catch them before they embark on a succession of festival dates including Barcelona's Primavera Sound and This Is Not A Love Song Festival in Nimes, France.
