One can only assume the name refers to petite bartender Eva, the sole blond at this working-class neighborhood joint. The primarily male clientele ranges from undershirt-clad young Latinos playing pool to an elderly gentleman with his walker parked next to the bar. Order an Okocim, and Eva will top it off Polish-style with a shot of sour-cherry syrup and a straw, and serve up some fresh popcorn alongside.
