Levy Restaurants has dubbed this bar above Fulton's on the River a "cocktail kitchen," which the company defines as a space in which "cocktails and food are created equal." Both are certainly equally unusual—for instance, a surprisingly not-bad "Bullshot" cocktail is made with beef jerky–infused vodka and Bloody Mary accoutrements—and the two are in equal demand among the small and bedraggled after-work crowd.
