Situated on a nearly desolate stretch of North Clark, Champions is a bar one does not just stumble into. Stumbling out, however, is apparently mandatory. The red glow from several Budweiser signs, the mini bottles of Arbor Mist and the dueling Cherry 96 and Cherry Master 96 video slot machines in this dive dare you to stay for just one more. The cheap beer and stiff cocktails make a strong case, too.
