Take the River North Rockit, add wasted Cubs fans, and the equation could easily get out of hand. But by comparison to the rest of Wrigleyville, this outgrowth of the Billy Dec empire manages to feel comfortable, inviting and almost, well, classy. Compartmentalization has something to do with it: families can order Brie-topped Kobe burgers and juicy steak Pockits in the first-floor restaurant area, and the rest of the fray can head straight to the pool tables and lounge seats upstairs.
