You'll find the best new music (and some indie rock icons) at the annual Pitchfork Music Festival.
Pitchfork is back for another year over its usual July weekend in Union Park, with a lineup curated by the taste-making online publication—plus aftershows at Chicago music venues. Headlining acts at this year's fest include psychedelic sold band Black Pumas, English DJ Jamie xx and '90s icon Alanis Morissette. Before you head to the park, take a look at our guide to the lineup and more essential Pitchfork Music Festival information.

The Pitchfork Music Festival will take place from July 19–21, 2024.
As usual, Pitchfork Music Festival will take up residence in Union Park (1501 W Randolph St), directly next to the Ashland Green and Pink Line station.
There's not a lot of parking around Union Park, so public transportation will be your best friend. Luckily, the festival takes place directly next to the Ashland Green and Pink Line station. If you prefer to ride the bus, the Ashland (9) and Madison (20) routes will drop you right by the gates. Divvy riders can park their bikes at a station on the corner of Lake Street and Ashland Avenue, while bike owners will find racks on the northwest corner of Union Park near the main entrance at 325 N Ashland Ave.
Go to the festival's official website to get three-day passes and single-day tickets.
