As the summer music festival season begins to wind down, you need to pack as much music as possible into the remaining weeks of warm weather. Luckily, Riot Fest doesn't end in Douglas Park each night—the party keeps going at aftershows which take place at some of the best music venues in Chicago.

This year's Riot Fest aftershow lineup is packed with surprises, including a farewell set from Dillinger Escape Plan in the extremely intimate confines of the Cobra Lounge on September 16. Festival stalwarts Bad Religion will play the Concord Music Hall on September 17, while pop punks Motion City Soundtrack close out the weekend with a gig at Double Door on September 18.

Tickets for all Riot Fest aftershows go on sale Friday, August 19 at 10am.
