Ayalas

Chef Juan welcomes you to his hometown of Galena and his unique cultural blend of Mexican and American cuisine at Ayalas. Born in the state of VeraCruz, Mexico, Juan Dorantes grew up with a love and appetite for food. As a child, he looked forward to his visits at Grandma Ayala's house for dinner.

He then learned how she blended the freshest ingredients from the markets to create her many wonderful dishes, which Juan has used as inspiration in his diverse menu. Enjoy!
