Naked Pizza (CLOSED)

Being mindful of fat, calories and sugar is one thing, but this New Orleans–based chain takes things to the extreme with gluten-free or whole-grain crusts, dairy-free cheese and no corn syrup. The best bets are the simplest, such as the Vegherita with red sauce, spinach, garlic, tomato and basil. Still, even this pie tastes only a notch better than what you get from your grocer’s freezer. Bottom line: Healthy pizza isn’t very much fun. In fact, you may as well be eating…salad.
