Time Out says

Rediscover Chicago’s magnificent downtown architecture and the unique neighborhoods that make up the city on a walking tour from the Chicago Architecture Center. The CAC offers over 50 tours, each led by an expertly trained docent. Equal parts storyteller and educator, CAC docents are sure to keep you entertained with fascinating facts and secrets about the city’s architectural past, present and future.

For a limited time, learn about one of the architects who helped build Chicago’s contemporary skyline on the premier walking tour ‘Helmut Jahn: Architecture in Real Life’. This tour visits five of Jahn’s most striking buildings throughout downtown. You’ll trace the evolution of the late architect’s designs in the 1980s and put them in context with other surrounding contemporary buildings. Then, take a deeper dive into Jahn’s work with a visit to the Chicago Architecture Center, located at Michigan and Wacker, for the exhibit Helmut Jahn: Life and Architecture. Entry to the Center is free when you go on a CAC walking tour!
