Dr. George Archibald, Co-founder and Senior Conservationist at the International Crane Foundation speaks Friday, March 11!

Majestic and lovely, cranes evoke emotions and imaginations. But the actions of mankind threaten 11 of the Earth’s 15 species of cranes! The International Crane Foundation has a worldwide program to help cranes by conserving their habitats and flyways, and promoting goodwill among nations that share these special birds.

Guarantee seating by purchasing tickets in advance at cmnh.org/explorerseries. Doors open at 5:30pm with a cash bar & live music in the lobby. Meals by Exploration: A Zack Bruell Restaurant available for purchase. The presentation begins at 7pm, followed by Q&A with the speaker.

Should the Museum's surface lot reach capacity, free parking is available in the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center garage. If parking at the VA, please leave the most desirable spaces open for our nation's veterans.
