Cyanotype Workshop says
Sponsored by Hahnemühle USA, students will learn the cyanotype process from start to finish, starting with the mixing of its iron-based, light-sensitive emulsion, coating the paper with the emulsion, and finally, by placing a negative or other objects on the coated paper and exposing it to a UV light source.

Students should bring large B&W format negatives, acetate digital negatives, or objects for contact printing. Staples or Office Max can print your photos on transparencies for you, also. Any thick watercolor paper that students wish to experiment with (in addition to paper provided by the Print Room) should be brought along to the workshop.

Class cost is $100 for members and $110 for non-members. Most materials are provided with class cost, while extra paper can be paid for at the class. This is an all ages event!

This workshop is taught by Nikki Follen who is also a Instructor at Baldwin Wallace University.

Please contact info@clevelandprintroom.com or call 216-802-9441 to prepay and register for this workshop.
