This workshop, hosted by holistic health coach Amanda Roberts, focuses on explaining why and how to "eat the rainbow". The workshop includes a presentation around the benefits of eating each color of fruit and vegetable, and also a hot bowl of chili! The recipe and ingredients will provided for take home. Amanda is a Cleveland,Ohio based holistic health coach with a vision to encourage and empower women to thrive by reaching their health and wellness goals. With a targeted focus on food and nutrition, Amanda enjoys helping others discover foods and activities that heal and energize to create a balanced, happy life. After 6 years of education and research, Amanda opened her own health coaching practice, AERO Wellness to further educate others through workshops and individual or group counseling. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, Amanda will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
