Free Community Open House says
Severance Hall joins the city-wide celebration of Dr. King’s life with an open house offering instrumental, vocal, and dance performances. Spend the day or spend an hour with us, during this free day of music featuring performances by community musical ensembles and the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra and the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Chorus.

Free event, no tickets are required.

The Cleveland Orchestra will participate in the National Food Drive “Orchestras Feeding America.” Guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to Severance Hall during the Community Open House. The recipient of the food drive this year is the WSEM Food Center at Community Corner for Families and Children, which is part of the Hunger Network of Cleveland and organized through The Centers for Families and Children. The center acts as an “emergency” food pantry serving the Gordon Square neighborhood, and serves over 800 families and over 2,000 individuals on a monthly basis.

The Cleveland Orchestra Store is open from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Light refreshments are available for purchase in the Smith Lobby.
