About the Bands:

HIRAM-MAXIM is a Dark-Psych/Noise rock band on Aqualamb Records. Band members, Fred Gunn (vocals), Dave Taha (guitar), Lisa Miralia (Electronics) and John Panza (Drums) have released 2 full length albums since their inception in the 2013 Cleveland Lottery League. Their Self-Titled debut received praise from media outlets Vice and Decibel Magazine, amongst others. HIRAM-MAXIM have released their sophomore album, Ghosts in 2017, which was recorded in New York with producer Martin Bisi (Sonic Youth, Swans) and features A Place to Bury Strangers, Oliver Ackermann.

Glass Traps is Chuck Cieslik (guitar), Matt Hallaran (guitar), Steve Crobar (drums), Sebastian Wagner (bass), and Sarah Paul (voice).

With an emphasis on drone, harmony, and sheer propulsion, the five members of Glass Traps deliver nonstop catharsis ‘til your brain hemispheres are gone. Twin guitars and a plethora of modulators combine with the haunting presence of vocalist Sarah Paul and a locked-in rhythm section. Utilizing the best of Cleveland’s old school analog heroes they’ve recorded their debut release with Paul Maccarone of Zombieproof Studios, expertly mixed and mastered by Ryan Foltz. Look for it in 2017.
