AT Ladies Technique Weekly Class with Jairelbhi
EVERY FRIDAY from 7pm to 8:30pm

price: one class from you 6 class card or studio membership

90 minutes class to focus on your dance
- Exercises to improve balance, posture, & embrace
- Core workout
- Weight displacement
- Individual and partner exercises
- Disassociation (upper and lower body)
- Connection
- Pivots
- How to work with your working (supporting) leg and relax the free leg (This will help you for the basic elements to the most complicated ones.)
- Keeping good connection (the right amount of resistance)
-Every month we will focus on one AT element

Things you need for this class:
-Must have knowledge of basic movements (Walk, Back and Forward ochos, the cross)
-wear confortable clothes
-flat shoes (ballet, jazz shoes or socks)
-Tango Shoes
-Yoga mat or towel

This class will be every friday. Sometimes we will be traveling so i will make sure to let you know in advanced when there is not class
