This Saturday, Oct 24, Chefs for Farmers becomes “Chefs for Ranchers” for its new festival event, the Butcher Block Party, where 16 local and national chefs celebrate the very best of Texas meat. It’s a carnivore’s dream, paired with world-class wines, craft cocktails by top bartenders, and local brews.
