Celebrate the amazing gift of this life because of your mother, and her mother, and so on. Choose this opportunity to honor and recognize motherhood in all its forms, wherever this manifests in your life. This nurturing could come from our own mothers, grandmothers, neighbors, co-workers, friends, or even yourself. Create the time and space to celebrate and support this essential need in all of us ~ to be nurtured and loved.

Recall and recognize the interconnectivity of life, and bring healing energy to all those parts of yourself and your relationships that you have left unattended as we are caught up in our work, obligations, and daily tasks. What do you need to remember? What part of you calls out for nurturing? How can you nurture those you care about?

In this workshop explore the ways we can honor and support those who nurture us in our lives. Learn tools for expanding this vital role in your life, as well as those around you. We have all been children, we have all been mothers, in one way or another even if we haven’t given birth. This is open to men and women: sons and daughters bring your mothers or grandmothers, friends bring your girlfriends from work, or come for your own self-nurturing and honoring your own tribe of mothers, whether they are still with us or have passed from this life.

EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

* Celebrating the eternal mother nurturer in all of us

* Identifying the roles the nurturer has played in your own personal history

* Release and forgive old hurts and honor the gifts of nurturing you have received through the use of powerful external and internal imagery

* Experiencing renewed energy and commitment to feed this nurturing aspect in your own life, and the lives of those around you

* Meditating on nurturing the self, our loved ones and our community as a whole
