Guests at Nick & Sam’s Steakhouse will start their culinary journey with a tasty selection of Poblano Corn and Maine Lobster Chowder, Arcadian Field Greens or a Warm Crab Roll. The $45 prix fixe menu continues with creamed corn and mashed potatoes served family-style, along with a variety of entrees, including:

•Grilled Scottish Salmon – with Peking Sauce and King Crab Fried Rice
•Allen Brothers Filet – Au Jus and Truffle Butter
•Herb Roasted Chicken – Sauce Natural and Maple Glazed Carrots

Save room for a trio of desserts, including Brownie Bottom Chocolate Mousse, Huckleberry Bread Pudding and New York Style Cheesecake.
