Texas Equal Access Fund - TEA Fund says
September 2016 marks 40 years of the Hyde Amendment, the federal ban on public insurance coverage for abortion. For 40 years, Hyde has been used to block abortion access for those who are struggling to get by. The people who call TEA Fund seeking assistance paying for an abortion are dealing with the effects of this discriminatory policy. The Danielle Georgiou Dance Group created a piece called Not That Simple based on the stories we hear on our hotline.

Join TEA Fund and the Danielle Georgiou Dance Group for a night of artivism. Not That Simple takes you into the stories of the people who call TEA Fund seeking assistance paying for an abortion. The event is free, and but you must RSVP and let us know you'll be attending here: http://www.teafund.org/not_that_simple_for_beboldendhyde
