Dallas Running Club says
Join the Dallas Running Club Run-Walk Coaches and Pace Leaders for an opportunity to learn more about the fall run-walk training groups, run with us and ask questions. The event is free to attend and all paces and intervals are encouraged to attend.

We have a long history of great success stories of runners who have completed half and full marathons using run-walk intervals, and we can help you achieve your goals in an awesome group setting.

The run will be approximately one hour, so wear your running clothes and bring your water bottle, we will supply the post-run goodies and information!

We meet at 6am at the DRC Clubhouse, listed in this event, and head out shortly after.
