American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) says
Register for the 2015 Global Health Workshop and connect with peers who share your passion for global health.

Explore opportunities to engage in global health while you learn from experts and share insights on relevant issues at the 2015 AAFP Family Medicine Global Health Workshop, October 2-4 in Denver, Colorado. This year’s theme is “Promoting Health for All: Family Medicine and Global Health.”

Workshop highlights:

The Daniel J. Ostergaard, MD Lectureship in Global Health will honor the third recipient of this annual lectureship, William Ventres, MD, a research associate at the University of El Salvador in San Salvador and an Affiliated Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland.

The Ideas Worth Sharing focuses on best practices in global health that family physicians and other health professionals apply to make a difference around the world.

Facilitated Discussion Sessions will provide opportunities to informally talk about critical global health issues and network with colleagues.

Come Meet the Experts and build your global health knowledge when you stop by the CGHI-staffed booth (located in the Exhibit Hall) to get your questions answered and share experiences. All participants are welcome, including students and residents.

Don’t miss your chance to gain valuable knowledge on global health issues.

Register by July 15 and save $100.
