Ayurveda is an intuitive, individualized science that promotes health, longevity, balance and vitality. By examining your individual nature, you can use simple Ayurvedic practices to feel better.
This workshop will provide an introduction to Ayurvedic health and wellness as well as proven self-care tools to help you relax, rejuvenate, heal and thrive.

Whether you are looking for a way to kick-start your health or need help creating a daily, weekly or monthly wellness plan, this workshop will give you the information and guidance you need to make it happen.

This workshop is for all-levels of practitioners and will include two, 40-minute yoga practices and a 40-minute lecture including an individualized healing plan.

$30 per person

About Kristina:
I am a Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher and a Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. I have been teaching yoga since 2009 and have a passion for helping others feel their most balanced, nourished and whole. Yoga and Ayurveda have helped me feel steady, strong and healthy and I am honored to share that time-honored knowledge with my students.
