We will cover methods on how to refine the handstand to conserve energy and allow it to feel like a resting position.
Following this the focus will be learning how to isolate and integrate different parts of the body for greater degree of control in the balance.
The topics covered here make an excellent preparation for advanced skills like press handstands, freestanding handstand pushups, and planche.
