International Wine & Spirits Guild says
Blind tasting is an essential tool to honing tasting skills as it compels you to develop objectivity in wine evaluation.

Most wine professionals taste in either a single-blind (where you may know a piece of information, such as the country of origin or grape varietal) or double-blind (where you now nothing about the wine before its poured).

This course trains you for double-blind evaluations and the 5 Wine Double-Blind Master Candidate Entrance Exam - and is required for Level III Certification.

Schedule: Intensive Study - 1 week (Feb 20-24, 8 am - 5 pm)
Cost: $2,075 (includes educational materials, wine, 5 Wine Double-Blind Master Candidate Entrance Exam, and diploma)
