In this Federal Immigration Litigation 202 CLE we will discuss the nuts and bolts of how to file a petition for review, an emergency stay of removal at the Circuit Court, mandamus, and a Section 1447(b) claim. We will review more substantive law this time and will review a fact pattern to illustrate.

Alexander McShiras is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in International Studies and Hispanic Studies from Boston College, and he has a Masters of Arts Degree in International Relations from Marquette University. While at Boston College, Mr. McShiras studied abroad at the Universidad de San Francisco in Quito, Ecuador. Mr. McShiras is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Cost: $15.00 for Immigration Law section members, $20.00 for Non-Members. Call-in option will be $5.00.
