Lighthouse Writers Workshop says
Adapted from the controversial novel by Cormac McCarthy, No Country for Old Men has been called the Coen brothers’ finest film, a dark and simmering “meditation on America’s bloodlust for the easy fix,” known as much for its suspenseful storytelling as its atmospheric visuals. Join acclaimed filmmaker Alexandre O. Philippe for a brief introduction to the film, followed by a full-length screening and discussion of the film’s craft elements.

Tickets are just $10. Come early for drinks and popcorn, available starting at 5:00 PM.
