JOHN JOTA LEAÑOS

John Jota Leaños utilizes new media to engage in diverse cultural arenas through what he calls "strategic revealing, tactical disruption, and symbolic wagon burning." His practice includes a range of media arts, animation, film, public art, installation, and performance that focuses on the convergence of the politics of history, memory, social space and decolonization.
